Combine cooked couscous (dressed with Dijon mustard and white wine vinegar), diced Meatloaf , chopped flat leaf parsley, sautéed mushroom slices (fresh or canned), garnished with chopped green onions.

Southwest Meatloaf Pita

Roughly pull apart Meatloaf into chunks. In a frying pan, add sliced onions, chopped garlic and sliced yellow peppers. Add the meatloaf chunks and heat through. Sprinkle a little smoked paprika and chopped cilantro on top. Spoon into warmed half pita shells and drizzle with chipotle mayo and garnish with salsa. Serve with a tomato salad.

Sauté a chopped red onion, green bell pepper with garlic (fresh or powder) and sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned) until soft. Add Diced Beef with a good squirt of ketchup or steak sauce, stir to combine and heat beef through. Serve over a toasted ciabatta bun or toasted bread and a cucumber, tomato salad.

Tender beef simmered in our house BBQ sauce with caramelized onions, pressed with Brie cheese, grain mustard and roasted peppers between toasted multigrain panini bread.

Pulled Beef Pita

Juicy pulled beef topped with sour cream, cucumber and lettuce, wrapped in a Greek pita bread.

Pulled Pork Sandwich

Pulled pork simmered in a Chipotle BBQ sauce served on an oat-topped Kaiser bun with caramelized onions, tri-colour peppers and baby greens.

BBQ Pork Pizza

Pulled pork and caramelized onions baked on fresh pizza crust with sharp white cheddar and sliced portobello mushrooms.

Pulled Pork Stir Fry

Tender pulled pork tossed with fresh sautéed vegetables in an Asian ginger soy sauce served on a bed of basmati rice.

Sweet BBQ Chicken

A ½ chicken basted in sweet molasses BBQ sauce served from the grill with polenta spears and roasted vegetables.

¼ Chicken and Rib Combo

Rotisserie-style chicken and pork back ribs brushed with a Bourbon BBQ sauce, finished on the grill, served with fries and house salad.

Roasted Half Chicken

A roasted half chicken served from the grill with garlic mashed potatoes, tomato and spring greens.

Chicken Breast Linguini

Plate chopped Grilled Chicken Breast with sautéed sliced red and yellow peppers with olive oil and boiled linguini. Add your favourite pasta sauce if desired.

Chicken Caesar Salad

Prepare caesar salad kit as per directions meanwhile pan fry the Grilled Chicken Breast portions until warmed through and lightly coloured. Optional serving suggestion: serve with a wedge of lemon.

Chicken Souvlaki

Soak wooden kabob skewers in water. Thickly slice chicken breast portions into cubes. Cut a selection of onions, zucchini, yellow and red peppers into similar sized cubes and string onto soaked kabob skewers alternating meat and vegetables. Broil until veggies are cooked and Grilled Chicken Breast is warmed through. Serve with plain white rice and tzatziki sauce for dipping.

Chicken Stir-fry

Sauté a combination of Asian vegetables (fresh or frozen), splash of soy sauce, dash of hoisin sauce and heat through until vegetables are cooked but still crunchy. Add thinly sliced Grilled Chicken Breast portions and heat through. Serve on sticky white rice with some sesame seeds

Country Style Ribs

Broil BBQ’d Pork Back Ribs until ribs are heated through. Serve with grilled or boiled corn and a vinegar coleslaw.

Ribs Caesar Salad

Prepare your favourite caesar salad (add sliced grape tomatoes for a change). Meanwhile, slice BBQ’d Pork Back Ribs in individual bones and heat until ribs are heated through. Top individually sliced BBQ’d Pork Back Rib bones and garnish with Parmesan cheese.

Side ribs grilled to perfection with a Chipotle BBQ sauce and cut between the bones to share with others.

Ribs & Baked Beans

In a saucepan heat baked beans until warmed through. Meanwhile, slice BBQ’d Pork Back Ribs in individual bones and heat until ribs are heated through. In individual casserole dishes, ladle in warm baked beans and lay individually cut BBQ’d Pork Back Rib bones on top. Serve with creamy coleslaw.

Grilled ribs with a spicy Southern BBQ sauce glaze. Served on a bed of Cajun dirty rice with popcorn shrimp, sausage and roasted garlic.
